Simon has over 18 years experience in the IT industry. He took one of the lead roles in the management buy out of Sanderson Group with Alchemy Partners in January 2000 and was subsequently responsible for the formation and establishment of the Civica business globally, leading the stock market flotation in March 2004. Simon has previously held a number of senior business development and general management positions with ICL and as a graduate engineer his early career was spent with British Leyland.
