What does your role involve?
All aspects of new customer system implementation, from project management, business consultancy, system configuration, bespoke and transfer file specification to training. I am responsible for ensuring that the project delivers the benefits expected by customers. I also work with our existing customers, developing their systems to cope with business or legislative changes.
What are the best aspects of your job?
The variety of customers and locations. I am seldom in the same office two days running. Although this can be demanding in terms of travelling, I enjoy the fact that no two days are the same.
What is your favourite holiday?
A recent trip to Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean to complete my Advanced Open Water diver training. I suspect that if I had started diving in my twenties I would probably have spent my life on a dive boat instead of on the motorways of Britain!
